The Choate Custom Homes "Your Dream Home" section is a password protected site that provides our Custom Home customers with the ability to participate in the building process even if they are not able to personally visit their construction site on a regular basis. Each of our Custom Homes customers receive a user name and password which provides them access to their project's progress.

- view floor plans
- view/select finishes (paints, stains, etc…)
- view/select flooring (tile, marble, carpet, hardwood, etc…)
- view/select appliances & fixtures (plumbing, electrical, etc…)
- view/select hardware (doors knobs, handles, etc…).

- provide feedback and suggestions for design changes
- schedule walk-throughs with the builder
- request decorating suggestions
- and even request warranty work if ever needed.
