Most of the homes that we build take 12 months to complete - which starts the day that we obtain the building permit and ends the day that you move in.  Some larger projects that are very complex can take 18 months or more to complete.  For all of the custom homes that we build, we are dependent on our homeowners for their timely selections, so that we can remain on schedule for completion.  To assist you in keeping us on schedule, we create a project schedule for every home we build which gives us the start date, finish date and everything in between.  With our systems there are very few surprises for either of us which keeps your home on schedule and within budget.
